MAZ » 7905
(1980 - 1982)
In 1980, MAZ developed a new 6-axle MAZ 7905 chassis with a payload of 58 tonnes, based on the 547A. It was made to replace MAZ 547V. The forward overhang was extended to 5 meters. The prototype got 2 single-place cabins from the model 547A. Another feature was using of B-58-7 V12 diesel rated at 710 hp. Curb weight — 30 tonnes. Six prototype of MAZ 7905 were made from 1980 to 1982, and then project was canceled.
