BICES 2011: Chery has presented 48-ton mine dump truck QRZ48

Chery Heavy Industries (do not mix with the Chery automobile company), has presented the new development - a 48-ton dump truck QRZ48, at the exhibition BICES 2011. The truck is equipped with Cummins QSX15-C turbocharged engine with an output of 392 kW (525 hp). It works with an automatic 6-speed gearbox Allison. The curb weight is 33 680 kg truck, and it can carry up to 48 tonnes in his 30 cubic body. The gross weight is 82 t.
