Before 2016, DFAC Dorica D9 was the longest model in the Dorica range, but this year DFAC presented the D9 Plus with a wheelbase of 7100 mm, which went to mass production under the name Dorica D12 (多利卡D12). Its payload is 8.5-8.9 tonnes, GVW — up to 18 tonnes.
Dorica D12 is fitted with the same cabin as the D9. It has width of 2300 mm, a sleeper compartment and a high roof in standard. The number '12' in the index means that maximum length of the truck is up to 12 meters.
Customers have a choice of engines: Dongfeng Cummins ISB190 (190 hp, 720 Nm) and Cummins Dongfeng ISD245 (245 hp, 950 Nm). Gearbox is manual, 6-, 8- or 9-speed, made by Fast or Dongfeng.
