Today Renault Trucks company has announce new models, which is going to show in Hannover in September. Already optimised as far as consumption is concerned, the Premium Long Distance will be shown at Hanover in its Premium Optifuel version, the only solution of its kind on the market which combines a truck with driving instruction. Certified by an independent laboratory, the TÜV, this offer can deliver fuel savings of 6.4%. Optifuel Solutions is a comprehensive product and service offering which helps companies save fuel and diminish the proportion of their long-term operating costs spent on "consumption". These consist of both technical elements and services. Optifuel Technology which incorporates the best of Renault Trucks' technology related to fuel savings, such as: SCR, the Optidriver+ or Optitronic robotised gearbox, the automatic engine cut-out, the new Euro V DXi 11 and DXi 13 engines, accessories dedicated to reducing fuel consumption such as side or roof deflectors that can be easily adjusted, without tools.

Hino Motors USA says its re-designed 2011 medium-duty truck (MDT) lineup will hit the street in September. Styling changes bring a new hood and front grille, while driver safety and efficiency improves with the addition of a Bluetooth-enabled GPS stereo and a new easy-to-read driver information display. The big news, however, is the launch of the all new class 5 Hino 198. It's built on a 19,500-lb GVWR truck chassis with the same styling seen on all the 2011 Hino MDT’s.

Navistar has added new waste-collection features to its line of International WorkStar vocational trucks. Cab air suspension is standard on WorkStar. The cab, made of double-sided galvanized steel, has a design focused on easy entry and exit, the maker says, to increase driver productivity and reduce driver fatigue. The trucks can be spec’d to accommodate stand-up, right-hand drive (SRD) configurations. The WorkStar's cooling system is mounted above the frame rail, which not only protects the radiator in off-highway environments like landfills but also allows for FEPTO (front-end power take-off) mounting without having to put a hole in the radiator. All 2010 MaxxForce diesel engines specified for the waste collection industry - from its mid-range MaxxForce DT, MaxxForce 9 and MaxxForce 10 to its heavier-duty MaxxForce 11 and MaxxForce 13. The smaller engines go to 350 hp while the 11- and 13-litre motors have ratings as high as 475 hp.

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) today announced that its January-to-May sales in Indonesia more than doubled over the same period in 2009, achieving a sales record for the first five months of the year. Amidst the positive market conditions, market leader Mitsubishi Fuso is now participating in the 18th Indonesia International Motor Show 2010 with an exhibit including current products and showcasing the new FV heavy-duty truck and an advanced generation FN medium-duty truck.

The FV heavy-duty truck marks the upper end of Fuso’s line-up and opens up the potential to offer an even broader and more comprehensive truck line in Indonesia, extending from 5 tons up to 27.6 tons gross vehicle weight (gvw), and to serve a wider range of business and industry. The advanced generation FN medium-duty truck on display incorporates additional modern advances in safety, reliability and efficiency, showing the further possibilities Mitsubishi Fuso can deliver.

The exhibit of these two vehicles demonstrates further ways to enhance our product line in Indonesia, which is based on the iconic Colt Diesel Canter and complemented by the rest of the Fuso line-up.
