Ural produces a whole range of offroad buses based on the 4320 range. The basic model is the 30-seat Ural-3255 based on the Ural-4320-0911-40 chassis. The high ceiling of the passenger compartment allows a man to pass through the cabin without bending down. The heating of the passenger compartment is autonomous, using the heater OV-65, installed under the door step. The only door leads inside located on the right side. The overall dimensions are 10375x2500x3540 mm.

The 22-seat Ural-32551 is based on the Ural-4320-31 chassis. It is shorter than the base model Ural-3255, which improves its geometric capability in cramped conditions — forest, mountainous terrain. The equipment is similar to the base model. The overall dimensions are 8900x2500x3540 mm.

The 2-axle Ural-32552, created on the Ural-43206-31 chassis and accommodates 20 people (22 people in some modifications). Available with both high and low roof.

The model line includes two special versions: Ural-3255-11 based on the Ural-4320-0911-40 chassis and Ural-325512 based on the Ural-4320-31 chassis. Their feature is a cargo platform behind the passenger compartment. Such versions can accommodate from 10 to 15 people and can be fitted with a hydrocrane.
