In 2005, Ural made an attempt to create a 6x6 semi tractor of classic configuration unified with trucks of the 6361 range and equipped with the IVECO cabin. The only prototype was made named Ural 6361-42. The IVECO cabin with a sleeping compartment and a high roof was combined with the original plastic front end, which created a memorable look of the truck.
