The 90th range also included a four-wheel drive model A31 Turbo 4x4. Because of the wide track of front axle the lower part of the cabin has been modified and received rectangular extensions of arches. As the 4x2 version, all-wheel drive model's engine power in 1993 was equal to 83 hp (exactly like before version without turbocharger), by 1994 it was increased to 88 hp, and in 1995 - the output reached 103 hp.
