(2006 - 2008)
In 2006, a year after the updating of the original Isuzu Elf (N-series), it came to the North American market under the same brand name Chevrolet W-series, again. Trucks received updated cabins with slanted headlights and a new interior. As before, there was a choice of 3 series - the W3500, W4500 and W5500. Engine was gasoline 6-liter or diesel 5.2-liter, cabin - single, or twin.
