Ural-532361 / 532362 chassis with an extended wheelbase and IVECO cab is widely used for the installation of special bodies for civil and military tasks. The carrying capacity is increased to 15 tonnes. The engine is YAMZ-7601. Ural-532361 is equipped with a day cab, Ural-532362 — with an extended sleeper cab.

The Ural-532362 becomes a base for a military wrecker vehicles REM-KL designed to repair and evacuate of military equipment with weight up to 16 tonnes. A pile-driving vehicle USB-T-53236, developed by order of the Ministry of Defense, is based on the Ural 532361 chassis. The same chassis is used to transport pontoons as a part of pontoon parks PP-91 and PP-2005.

These chassis are used not only in the army, but also in the civilian sector. The chassis of the Ural-532361 and 532362 become the base for a variety of special vehicles: a unit for the transportation of oil and gas equipment with a 9-tonnes crane and a cargo platform, well cementing complex, firefighter truck AC-13.0 (53236) 005PV, and the 'Avalanche-Huracane' armored water-jet special vehicle.
