New engine for the updated Mitsubishi Fuso Fighter

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation has just announced the addition of high engine output models (177kW/240PS and 199kW/270PS) for the 8-ton Fighter medium-duty trucks. Incorporating the advanced BlueTec® emissions reduction system, the vehicle significantly reduces nitrogen oxide (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) emissions, contributing to improvements in both fuel efficiency and CO2 reduction. The company now offers a full Fighter medium-duty truck line which complies with the world’s most stringent JP09 emission regulations (Japan Post New Long-Term Emission Regulations) while also meeting the Japan’s 2015 fuel efficiency standard for heavy-duty vehicles.
