ETF » ETF Mining Truck

Mining Trucks and Haul Trains with ETF’s have innovative solution for the lowest cost per ton, 12% increased productivity, 5% less trucks required for the job, 25 % less fuel costs, reduction in haul road construction costs and enormous environmental benefits. The chassis of the new mine truck has all-wheel-drive and all-wheel-steer construction with multiple engines. As an idea, major components change in 15 minutes (Engines, tyres, axles 60 minutes). The modular design allows to create a wide range of trucks, with payload 88-240 tons with the 2-5 axes or more. Every component could be different: engines, gearboxes, drivelines, front and rear axles, suspensions, rims, tyres, brakes and frames. ETF developed an innovative solution for the frame: the Monorail frame. Instead of a frame on top of the axles as in competitive vehicles, the ETF frame is between the axles. In order to reduce cost of transportation, all ETF trucks and associated equipment are delivered in standard ISO containers and assembled at your mine site. Another interesting feature - the trucks can be combined into trains, thus increasing the total payload up to 870 tons.
