Mack » Midlum

The lightest model in the Australian range of Mack was distribution truck Mack Midlum - created on a chassis of the European truck Renault Midlum. The truck was designed specifically for urban hauling and has excellent maneuverability and visibility. It was intended to become a competitor to Japanese trucks, used in large quantities for distribution in Australian cities. If the European model is represented by trucks with GVW 7,5-16 tons, the Australian model range includes 4 models MV12, MV14, MV15 and MV16 with GVW 11990 kg, 14800 kg, 15000 kg and 16000 kg. The main difference of models MV14 and MV15 is size of the wheels. Trucks equipped with diesel engines dCi6 - 6-cylinder turbocharged with power of 270 hp and Common Rail system. Transmission is Eaton 9-speed. Also there was all-wheel drive version - Extreme 4x4 with engine power of 220 hp.
