Atkinson » F4870

The last truck in Australia and in the world, which used Atkinson brand, was a model F4870 made by International Harvester company. The US company acquired Seddon-Atkinson group in July 1974. Similar trucks were made under International or Atkinson brands and received the global name ACCO. They could be equipped with Cummins or Detroit Diesel 6V92 and 8V92 engines with a capacity of up to 475 hp.
