For the largest Russian exhibition "Construction Equipment and Technology 2012" the company "Chaika-Service" from Nizhniy Novgorod had prepared an unique vehicle - an all-wheel drive chassis with twin rows 7-seat cabin "Taiga". The truck is based on an old offroad truck GAZ-33081 "Sadko" and differs mainly by another cabin from a light truck "Gazelle-Business" with the original "attachement" with the second row of seats made by "Chaika-Service". The hood, bumper and fenders are made of fiberglass. Headlights from Gazelle truck are elegantly integrated to design. Interestingly, that under the hood is not the old "tractor" engine MMZ D245, serially mounted on all "Sadko" trucks, but a much more modern Cummins ISF with an upgraded 5-speed gearbox. Thus the combination of units is not available in GAZ trucks. By the way, in the increased engine compartment can be easily installed any other engines, such as future JAMZ-534. On the chassis GAZ-33081 "Taiga" can be installed cranes Amco Veba and Tadano, hydrolift Socage with lifting height from 14 to 18 meters or any other equipment.
need info on a 58 , 3600 Apache, but mine has a factory tag stating a GVW of 6900 lbs. truck to my knowledge never has had a bed on it. original engine was a 6 cylinder , with a 4 speed , that's a compound low first gear .

Do you know what the windshield measurements are for your 1959/60 Chevrolet Task Force Step Van Model 3545? I'm searching for a windshield for my 72 Dodge Southwood (1 of only 6 built) and it looks like this might be the same windshield that is in my unit!!! I've been searching just to try and figure out what windshields they used. Once I can sort that out, hopefully I can finally source a replacement for my motorhome:)
