Semi-bonneted truck Rowor EL2000

Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. except the Foton brand produces trucks under several other less known brands - Forland and Rowor. These trucks are sold only on domestic market. Recently, under the Rowor brand the company has presented very interesting and original model for China - the medium duty semi-bonneted truck EL2000. Popeye truck looks similar to Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, but does not have anything to do with it. Rather, it is built on a standard cabover chassis 3 系中卡 (3rd series), which is a copy of Foton Auman. Overall dimensions of EL2000 are 8750x2380x2800 mm. The engine is surprisingly weak for such vehicle - YC4D130-33 with a power of only 96 kW (130 hp) and maximum torque of 380 Nm. Payload is 9650 kg. Top speed according to official documents is more than 110 kph (is it real with such weak engine???). Fuel consumption is 10.8 l/100 km, which seems like a fairy tale.
