Mercedes-Benz » Actros Space Max

At the IAA-2006 Mercedes-Benz was presented its concept truck Actros Space Max, with the design by a Dutch designer Berntran Jansen. Instead of serial high roof, the concept truck received even higher made of glass-fiber material (the height from the ground to the top of the roof is 4 meters). In addition to parquet floor (like Mercedes-Benz Actros Cruiser has) there are pasting on the doors and front panel made of walnut wood. There are small lighting fixtures on white textured walls. Instead of the passenger seat the concept received artsy one-legged chair - rocking and spinning. Bed, fortunately, still remained, but only one, on the top. On a parking lot it could be lowered by an electro-hydraulic motor.
