The MAN Truck & Bus Company has introduced in the Netherlands fully electric version of the 12-tonne truck TGL. The model was developed in collaboration with All Green Vehicles (AGV) Company and carries its logo on the grille. Truck is equipped with 180 kW electric motor with torque of 700 Nm, which through the gear rotates the rear wheels. Battery capacity of 80 kW / h enough for 110 kilometers, and if we increase the capacity up to 120 kW / h - for165 km. With the help of an electric compressor air suspension and pneumatic brakes functions are possible. With curb weight 4200 kg the total mass of the truck is11990 kg and it is ideal for city transportation. They said that there are orders from some companies such as DHL and Nabuurs.
